I'm only giving a one star for the fact I called this vet because I knew there was something horribly wrong with my baby frosty some kind of blockage however I thought it was a intestional blockage but it took them all day for me to get him in all because of money and them trying to approve me on their payment plan. How would you feel if the hospital refuse to treat you because of money it shouldn't matter if your human or not. So i'm told he gets through surgery and i'm thinking God was looking out for him that day. The day i was suppose to pick him up the doctor calls and says he passed away the night before from a ararrhythmia. My biggest question is who watches the sick cats overnight? Why wasn't there measures done?? Dr hahn told me on the 2nd day she wasn't going to be there that someone else would be giving me a update but I never received a phone call. The day I took him in which was last Monday I received a update stating he made through surgery then one other phone call on Tuesday stating he was doing alot better but was grumpy then no other updates until Thursday stating he passed away on Wednesday night. Here we are the next week and I havent received a phone call stating what we wanna do with our sweet baby. He may have been chubby and you would think he was a older cat but he wasn't he was only 2 years old basically he was in his prime and he died of a arrhythmia due to this blockage. Something seems fishy to me honestly and everyone else in my family thinks that as well. Payment wise yall except me to pay the same price for basically nothing, you didn't save his life. I could've just let him be and do nothing i took him in for his life to be saved and yall couldn't have done that apparently. You can be rest assured I will never bring my other animals there again! From your other reviews it seems like your more experienced with large dogs like farm animals. The only thing you did for frosty was give him pain meds so he wouldnt be so miserable. I'm so heartbroken over this. He was the sweetest cat you have no idea how much he was loved and spoiled.
